Ben C. Scheible Seminars is the successor to Neibaur & Neibaur Seminars. We are dedicated to continuing the tradition of providing the highest quality Continuing Education courses for Real Estate licensees in Nevada.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: The location for all Reno classes will remain the Airport Plaza Hotel and Convention Center, 1981 Terminal Way.

Ben C. Scheible Seminars offers all 24 hours of required continuing education, including the Agency, Contracts, Ethics, and Law. In addition we provide classes to satisfy the Broker Management requirement for Brokers, and Broker-Salespeople. All courses are offered at $15 per credit hour.

Ben C. Scheible is licensed as a Broker-Salesperson in Nevada, a Broker in California, and an Attorney-at-Law in California. He is the author of Nevada Real Estate Practice and Law, and the Consulting Editor for Modern Real Estate Practice in Nevada, and Nevada Real Estate Fundamentals.

Ben has received numerous teaching awards including the Reno Sparks Association of REALTORS® Educator of the Year in 2003 and 2005, Truckee Meadows Community College Teacher of the Year, and the Presidential Award for Teaching Excellence.
